TODAY'S NEWS
Today, I have an important
topic to discuss with you! It is not a pleasant topic but one we need to
discuss, Fees. I don't know if many of you are aware of it but
FanBox does not get the money from the fees! This is in part what funds
the bloggers pool. We get paid in part for writing our blogs from this
money! A lot of people are not paying thier fees on time! They are just
waiting the 90 days for funds to mature and then pay the fees from there
or just not paying at all! I have many newbies, who didn't even know
how to use IPL and only clicked in there once, seen the amount of the
fees was 0.00 and never clicked in again because they knew the amount
of the ipl they could use!
This is seriously affecting our blogging money people! Everyone needs to
pay thier fees ON TIME! FanBox is going to start taking a serious effort to
cancell the accounts where the fees are not paid and return that ipl money
to the pool so people who do pay can use it. Please, share this information
with your friends and fans because we really need to get these fees paid!
#2) Another unpleasant topic but one we need to reflect on and resolve.
Complaints, is anyone aware that FanBox cut out the coaches who were
not responding and until we get new ones our coaches are swamped. Ok,
so they have a few more people, why aren't they getting back to me?
WRONG..It is not a few more people they are dealing with, my coach
Wendy has 1,000 clients she is trying to help and Jenny Lee is trying to
deal with 1,500 people! So quit complaining and getting nasty with our
coaches. Have a little compassion and understanding everyone for the
changes we are going thru is going to benefit all of us! It was not fair
that some people had a great coach and some people could not get
ahead for having a bad one! It is going to take a while to get the new
coaches in because FanBox is now doing a three stage interview process!
Please, lets have a little patience! Remember the sacrifices our coaches
are making, they certainly don't deserve to be cussed out by people
who are angry and frustrated which brings me to
#3 Sure , we are all a little frustrated, me too! Here I was happily going
along writing my blogs and earning! I am not a good writer as you can
all see, my grammer and spelling is poor, but still I had earnings!
Maybe not a lot $2.45 but hey, that buys laundy soap, toliet paper and
macaroni and cheese! Now, its been a month since I have seen any
earnings from writing, Wendy with 1000 people to deal with helps when
she can....my bank is behind , yes we are all frustrated but the changes
coming in are so FanBox can have everything done to put us out there
in traffic. The system has to work! Sure , they can handle a few glitches
here and there now but remember, the mission is to help the whole world!
It would be impossible for them to handle once they advertise us to the
entire population of humanity! If I had to take an educated guess at this
you have to remember that FanBox is two companies. The Sms company
is the parent company which maintains a profit. FanBox is the non profit
that is set up to feed the sms company. They can accomplish the mission
of feeding the world and getting a break thru the ipl program where people
can just check in and see that they are earning. The other programs are
extra ways to earn , they really don't need us to carry this out! The
amount of problems and complaints that us bloggers are causing the
company is tremendous! There is an old saying if you don't like it , lump
it! Try to keep in mind that the blogging program and the c & r and provide
are all extra ways for us to earn! Have some patience and I am not
referring to the people asking for help , I am referring to the people
who are cussing out the coaches and using foul language with them.
and pay your fees and we will have increased ways to earn! Remember,
this is not about you as an individual, this is a way to get a break and feed
the world! Many other corporations have taken a break in ways that hurt
our economy. FanBox is the first to find a way to help and not only help
in the country they are based but over the entire world! They have a
tremendous mission here and a lot of obstacles to overcome! There is no
pre existing software they could purchase to do this! So let's remember,
they did not have to do this! They could have taken the same way out
many other corporations in America have and hurt our economy! Many
corporations in our country are corrupt, running double and triple sets of
books! FanBox is actually opening up and allowing us, the people to run
it! Please set aside your personal grievances, everything will straighten
out in time! Let us all see the bigger picture here and have some patience!
Not only will you be able to earn but you will have the personal satisfaction
of knowing you are helping someone somewhere else in the world to earn
a living. You will also have the personal satisfaction not only of earning
from your blog but knowing your information helped someone else,
somewhere else in the world to have knowledge and get ahead, find a cure,
learn more about parenting,help thier relationship...so much knowledge
can be provided.Quit complaining, pay your fees on time, and let's all make
the world a better place to live! Tuesday is FanBox appreciation day! Let's
tell FanBox how much we appreciate what they are doing and how they have
changed our lives! Do a post on it, if you send the link I will feature it here
also! I have personally been thru a lot of sites and nowhere else can you
get all the benefits overall that FanBox provides to us here!
